Whatever I said, whatever I did I didn't mean it
I just want you back for good
Whenever I'm wrong just tell me the song and I'll sing it
You'll be right and understood
eh? herm.. Not the meaning i was looking for. I thot this lyric would somehow serve this entry's objective, but instead.. it's more of a heartbreak song.. sheesh.
Maybe it's simpler to say.
I'M BACK FOR GOOD!
yeh yeh... it's been 2 months now since i walked on the grounds of Malaysia again. It feels kinda weird. Coz somehow.. it didn't feel like i left. Of course, things ARE different. There are changes physically here and there (e.g. : junction to enter my house is blocked!), people got married, their children grew, some friends disappeared, some lost their family, some bought new cars, new homes, got new jobs, etc etc. But somehow, everything seems so familiar.
Oh well.
As for me. I am now back in me old company again, but in a different department. Am now managing a call centre (not for Streamyx or Telephony.. mind you!) which caters for Data customers. It's definitely a different type of challenge. For instance, i now have to cover the whole Malaysia, as compared to on PJ area previously. I have nearly 60-70 staffs, with 7 executives indirectly reporting to me. More interaction with customers. More requirement for in-depth technical understanding (With the introduction of Metro-E). And the uncertain environment due to the de-merger of the whole company.
But needless to say, i am enjoying this job!.
Oh, other than work, i was involved in a physical theater by University Malaya : Tunku Kudin. The production was to qualify for the Malaysian Theatre Festival 2008. This production won first place in the KL theater festival and some of the existing dancers could not commit to this current production. That's where i came in.
Again, things were familiar, because the dance moves were similar to the one i did 2-3 years ago (same script & director). But with more complexity. A friend told me he liked the broadway-ish slide on the floor. Hehe.. i was surprised that i could do it too. Oh well.. may be i've found my gift. Haha!
Wokeh. i really hope i can update this blog more often. But no promises..
Busy busy busyyy!
